Recently, our own Stephanie Schroeder talked to Redfin about our pellets and how they can make pellet grilling that much better. 

 

What They Said About Our Pellet Grill Pellets 

In an article entitled “Charcoal vs. Gas Grill: How to Set Up the Ultimate Backyard BBQ,” Redfin contacted us for a quote. We’re glad they did, as that’s always a subject we’re happy to discuss. 

Their exact quote was: “pellet grills offer a middle ground in both convenience and flavor.” Certainly, this is true. Pellet grills, when operated properly, work quickly, easily, and efficiently. Moreover, with the right pellets, you can get all of the flavor in the world in your grilling. 

Our own Stephanie Schroeder told them: “pellet grills provide real wood-smoke flavor with precise temperature control, combining the best of both worlds.” This too is true. Some grills and some pellets make it more challenging to control the temperature than it should be, leading to grilling that isn’t as great as it could be. 

Stephanie went on to tell Redfin that: “No matter your choice, use premium wood like Knotty Wood BBQ pellets or our wood splits, which enhance flavor and elevate your backyard BBQ.” 

 

Why It Matters 

We believe that if you’re going to set up “the ultimate backyard BBQ,” (which is what Redfin specifically mentioned), then you should get the ultimate grilling pellets. If you’ve gone to the trouble to get the pellet grill, the food, and recipes you deserve to cook with top-quality pellets, too. 

If Redfin sounds familiar, there’s a reason for that: they are a powerful real estate agency. In their own words, they “pair local Redfin agents with powerful technology to help you find the right home, sell your current home for top dollar,” and so forth. 

Since they’re so entrenched in the real estate market, they know how big a deal backyard BBQs can be. In a very real way, the right backyard BBQ can help to make a house a home. As such, they could have talked to any pellet grill company about any pellet grill – we’re so glad they talked to us. It’s always great to be able to share with new people and new audiences about our pellets.
