This delicious honey is from a very special Veteran-owned Apiary set in the beautiful almond orchards of Northern California. Alex was in the Army and served two tours in Afghanistan before he was victim to an IED that resulted in the loss of both legs, two fingers, and multiple shrapnel wounds.

After a long recovery at Walter Reed Medical center he came home to Woodland, Ca. It was in beekeeping where he found his new mission, starting his own Apiary business.
