Smoked Knotty Rub Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1- 8 oz block of cream cheese (COLD)
- 4 tbsp Knotty Rub
- 2-Tbsp Knotty Honey
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 bag of crispy crackers
Instructions:
- Load up your pellet hopper with Competition blend Plummond pellets and preheat the smoker to 225 F.
- Remove the cream cheese from the fridge directly and score the top of the cream cheese diagonally to create a crosshatch pattern.
- Sprinkle Knotty Rub liberally over the top of the scored cream cheese
- Put the seasoned cream cheese into a cast iron skillet and place inside the preheated smoker.
- Smoke for at least 2 hours or until you see the cream cheese has browned on the top
- Remove from the smoker and drizzle the top with honey and chives.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
