Garlic Confit Recipe
⦁ 1-2 heads of garlic peeled
⦁ Cobram Olive Oil
⦁ 1 tsp Salt
⦁ Knotty Wood 100% Almond Pellets
⦁ Pour the garlic in an oven safe pan and pour in enough olive oil to cover the garlic.
⦁ Add a sprinkle of salt to the top.
⦁ Place in a heated smoker at 225 F with Almond Wood pellets.
⦁ Cook for 1-2 hours until the olive oil is bubbling and the garlic is softened.
⦁ Serve on bread immediately and enjoy!
