Ingredients:
For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tbsp salt

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the pellet smoker to 250°F using KW Plummond pellets.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels and toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Place the wings directly on the smoker grates. Smoke for about 1.5-2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F.
- For crispy skin, increase the smoker temperature to 375°F and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- While the wings are finishing, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, and add the minced garlic, salt and paprika and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Remove the wings from the smoker and immediately toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley for garnish.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
