Spicy Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 bunch Italian Parsley
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Cobram Estates olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 small red chilies , or 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
  • ¾ tsp dried oregano
  • ¾ tsp dried thyme
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Lowrey’s Garlic Salt
  • Black pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)

 

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop up all of the parsley, cilantro, garlic, and red chilis.
  2. Put the chopped mixture into a bowl and mix in the red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, thyme, and lemon juice.
  3. Season to taste with garlic salt, black pepper, and sugar.
  4. Serve on top of tacos or steaks and enjoy!
