Sticky Sweet Party Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Bachan’s Sweet Honey Sauce
  • 1 rack of pork baby back ribs
  • ¼ cup Knotty Rub
  • 1 Green onion, sliced thinly
  • Toasted White Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Cut the ribs in between each bone, into individual pieces. Place into a bowl or pan.
  2. Drizzle Bachan’s honey sauce liberally over the ribs, then make sure to thoroughly coat each side of the ribs in Knotty Rub.
  3. Smoke the ribs at 275°F using Knotty Wood Plum pellets for 2 hours.
  4. Once the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 165°F, remove them from the smoker.
  5. Place them in a foil pan with 4 tbsp of butter, ¼ cup brown sugar and a drizzle of Bachan’s Sweet Honey.
  6. Place foil over the top then place them back on the smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the ribs the last 15 minutes to help the sauce thicken.
  8. Remove the ribs once they reach an internal temperature of 200°F.
  9. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
